Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser local storage (such as sessionStorage) and requests to third-party services that allow technical information about the visit to be collected.

Some of these technologies are strictly necessary for the website to function. The rest, such as those used for statistics or advertising, may only be used with your prior consent.

The landing page does not create cookies of its own. Only the following technologies are currently active, all of them strictly necessary for the service to function:

• __cf_bm (cookie) — set by Cloudflare, the network used by the landing page's hosting, to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic and protect the service. Duration: 30 minutes. Only set when Cloudflare considers it necessary. Strictly necessary.
• av-assessment-v3 (sessionStorage) — stores your choices about the property and the step of the assessment, so you do not lose your progress if you reload the page. It does not include the address, the locality you typed, the listing link, photographs or contact details. Deleted when you close the tab. Strictly necessary.
• av-ill-hint-seen-v2 (sessionStorage) — records that the hint about the house illustration has already been shown, so it is not repeated. Deleted when you close the tab. Strictly necessary.

Typefaces are currently loaded from Google Fonts. This request transmits your IP address and technical browser information to Google, which is necessary to deliver the files, and does not set any cookies. If the fonts come to be hosted with the landing page, this reference will be removed.

Videos and images are served by the landing page's own hosting, without third-party players.

No statistics, advertising or social media tools are currently active, and no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

If campaign measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta, are activated in future, they will only operate once you have given your consent, through a preference panel shown on your first visit. This policy will then be updated with a list of each cookie, the provider, the purpose and the duration, before activation.

Strictly necessary technologies do not depend on consent. Where optional technologies exist, you will be able to accept them, decline them or change your choice at any time in the preference panel, just as easily.

You can also delete or block cookies and browsing data in your browser settings. If you block the necessary technologies, some features of the assessment, such as recovering your progress, may stop working.
